- Go to Member Profile
- Select My Account
- Scroll down to My Membership
You can change your membership status here.
How do I delete my account?
You cannot do this in app so please contact us directly and we will do this for you
Now OTRO is free, am I entitled to a refund?
- If you are entitled to a refund we will contact you directly by email
- If you are an annual subscriber we will reimburse you for the remainder of your active subscription period. We will contact you directly by email to confirm this
- If you are a monthly subscriber you are not entitled to a refund but from this point onwards you will not be charged for ongoing membership
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund but have not received an email from us, please check your junk email. If you still require support please contact us here
